TOUR AND FIELD WORKSHOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
Further terms and conditions apply to Art Wolfe, Inc. Tours and Field Workshops. Those will be provided at time of sign up or at request.
For this tour we are using a tour operator named Churchill Wild and their Cancellation/Insurance policies will apply to our participants of this tour. We, and all of our tour participants, are contractually obligated to adhere to the below policy of our tour coordinator:
Cancellation/Insurance Policy: No refunds/transfers will be made of any payments; therefore, we require the purchase of travel insurance. Travel insurance will cover any losses experienced due to missed connections, damage to luggage, and weather delays (such as meal expenses, hotel costs, or airline transfer fees). Weather delays are not uncommon and could be experienced July through November. We require travelers to purchase a trip insurance package (a level of protection they desire) through their provider of choice at the time of booking to maximize individual insurance benefits.
The required coverage should include weather delays, cancellation/trip interruption, medical, and medical evacuation insurance. Evidence of insurance policy documentation will be required no later than the time of full payment, 90 days prior to departure. If individuals prefer to not purchase insurance, they can opt to self-insure their trip. Travelers must understand that we do not ensure any portion of any packages and that any issues relating to any of the above much be covered by their insurance or themselves.
If we need to cancel a session for any other reason, a full refund or credit for another workshop taken within 12 months will be issued promptly following cancellation. Please check on your workshop status before making travel arrangements. Art Wolfe Inc. is not responsible for reimbursement of airline tickets. We encourage all participants to consider purchasing travel insurance.
TRANSFERS
If you would like to transfer to a different course, or different dates for the same course, we would be happy to accommodate your request on a space-available basis and with the payment of an administrative fee. If you transfer more than 90 days prior to your originally scheduled course, the fee will be $50. Transfers are not possible 90 days or less prior to the course you are registered for.
